 | YANGON Yangon (formerly Rangoon), is home to one of the largest temple complexes in south-east Asia, Shwedegon Paya. You're not allowed to wear shoes inside the complex. Which is unfortunate only because a lot of the ground is covered in dark marble, which tends to get VERY warm in the blazing sunshine, ouch! |
